The law office Voll is operating in the area of the general and special commercial law. In the focus of our work stands the consultation of medium-size enterprises, entrepreneurs and wealthy private people in all questions around the law of associations and the tax law.

We understand ourselves as lawyers providing a service for our clients and primarily as arranging and advising lawyers.

We have special experience in the areas of merger and acquisition, the transformation right, investment and financing projects, the enterprise succession, the executorship and in the entire donation right.

Judicially we are active only in the area of the tax law. All other forensic activities will be handled by specialised collegues working with and for us.

Since many years we are working successfully with German accountants, tax consultants and worldwide located lawyer colleagues. Working languages are beside German also English and French.
